When will I receive my order and how will it be shipped?
Most of all products are in stock, we will ship it out within 48 hours. And it takes about 5 to 8 days for shipping.
As for the custom made order, it may take 1-3 weeks to handcraft.


What are the dimensions of this handbag and does it come in other patterns and styles?
To get a full description of the bag you are interested in, just click on the thumbnail photo of the bag and a new page will open displaying a larger photo, other available pattern options, details and a full description of the selected product. Our products come in various patterns and fabrics and will be displayed as a swatch (under the Customize it! tab), which you can click on to view the product in that particular pattern.

Can I purchase an item that is sold out?
If an item is very popular, we will try to get the materials to make the item available again. However, sometimes a product, no matter how popular, is not always going to be available again due to limited supplies of fabric, materials, etc. This is why we encourage you to buy it now, if you like it, and it's in stock. Our handbags, diaper bags, messenger bags and tote bags don't last long and sell very quickly.

Will there be sales tax added to my order?
We will indicate on the package as a personal gift and less value, so there is no taxes when you receive your order

Is your website secure with my personal information?
All purchases go through a highly Secure Shopping Server (Credit card) to ensure against tampering or intrusion. We use Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology to ensure the security of your on-line purchase.

What if I am unhappy with my purchase?
If for any reason you are not happy with your handbags or accessory purchase, just email us for a return authorization and then return it within 7 days and get a full refund (less shipping and handling and a 15% restocking fee). Clearance items, Sale items, or items purchased at wholesale are not included in this return policy and are non-refundable.

Items that are to be returned, must be in its original shape, free of any defect.
